ALUMINIUM TUBES

The aluminium tubes are suitable for packing food products, cosmetic preparations, pharmaceutical and different chemical products.

Technical description: Material of the tubes: aluminium of 99,5% or 99,7% purity.

Finish: The coating system of products adapts to the filling material and the circumstances of utilization, so it complies in a large measure with the different buyerdemands.

• According to the processing of the mantle surface the external surface can be without coating, coated with single-coloured base enamel and lithographied. Depending on dimension the number of colours - applied by lithography - can be four or five.

• Internal surface can be without coating, coated with protecting lacquer, the bottom finished with a rubber gasket. Considering the claim of filling material, several types of coating system are at our disposal.

• According to the mounth forming and our partners requests we can provide our products with 20-25 tapes of caps.

• Packing of the tubes can be with compartments or without compartments, on pallets or bundled.

• Surface of the shoulder can be smooth polished and corrugated.

• Orifice of the tubes can be:

  • open,

  • beak formed,

  • star formed ,

  • finished with a protecting membrane,

  • plastic threaded.
