Scope of utilization:

The aerosol cans are suitable for packing cosmetic preparations, household cleaning products, different chemical, pharmaceutical and food products.

Technical Description:

The material of monobloc aerosol cans (made by cold-cupping): Aluminium of 99,5 % purity.

Finish:

The external surface of cans can be coated with single-coloured base enamel or base lacquer and lithographied. Depending on dimension the number of applied colours can be five or six. The lithographed mantle surface of cans is protected by wearresistant lacquer.
The internal surface is coated by protecting lacquer, which adapts to the claim of filling material and circumstances of utilization.
The rim can be worked out by rolling or turning
According to the requests of our partners the nominal pressure resistance of aerosol cans can be 12,15 or 18 bars.
The cans are in full compliance with prescriptions of the European Aerosol Federation (FEA).
Honeycomb units are modelled from the cans, which are set on pallet, covered by shrink-foil, made ready for transportation.
At the height of pallets we adapt to the request of our partners.
